Video Sessions & In-Person Office in Los Angeles
In the emotionally safe harbor of therapy with me, you will be met with deep compassion and theoretically supported interventions.
This is your time. To be listened to. To be seen. To be understood. Vulnerability might have been a liability in the past, however, in therapy, this is a portal to your healing.
I specialize in working with the highly sensitive person (HSP): individuals who feel everything deeply and intensely. I have extensive experience and am prepared to help you and the deep inner work to be done—to increase your quality of life; to heal old wounds and face present challenges.
I utilize Archetypal Psychology and Narrative Therapy as how we understand the story of our lives impacts how we feel about it; I am trained in EMDR and utilize the principles of neuroplasticity to change how your brain stores trauma and that can help alleviate suffering from current triggers. I am principally trained in Depth Psychology which has various inroads to access the unconscious including dreams and intuition. I am trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and utilize "parts work" to understand which "character" is responding to situations and to uncover unconscious beliefs that may drive our reactions and behavior. I am also certified in Executive Coaching and support C-suite professionals.
I have profound respect for my clients and it's an honor to collaborate in their healing!
