I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California. I have a Master's Degree in Depth Psychology with a Somatic Studies Specialization and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara, CA. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA. I studied sociology at Oberlin College, Oberlin, OH.
I completed Part I in EMDR Therapy Training through the EMDRIA approved Institute for Creative Mindfulness; Module I in Addiction Therapy through IITAP-International Institute of Trauma & Addiction Professionals; Module I in Energy Medicine through Four Winds Society.
In addition to private practice, I am a Program Director at Psychological Care & Healing Treatment Center (PCH), and serve as a consultant for Hollywood Health & Society. I did my practicum as a therapist at Beit T' Shuvah Residential Addiction Treatment Center. Prior to this, I was the Senior Producer at KidsInTheHouse.com interviewing renown psychologists, psychiatrists, and experts in the field of mental health for over two years. I have led community music therapy workshops for Pitzer College as well as Healing Through Music courses for Loyola Marymount University Extension. I was a celebrity parenting coach and columnist for Mothering.com for two years and have been published in CAMFT's The Therapist Magazine and HuffingtonPost.com.
