Jessica has led clinical trainings to therapist trainees at Beit T’Shuva Treatment Center. Jessica has taught workshops to college students at Pitzer College & Loyola Marymount Extension.
Jessica’s clinical research and original interventions have been published in The Therapist Magazine, Huffington Post, and in Erika Shershun’s Healing Sexual Trauma Workbook (New Harbinger Press.)
Jessica was a Program Director for five years at a private sector treatment center overseeing individual treatment plans and working collaboratively with psychiatry, neuropsychological evaluation, OCD protocols (ACT & ERP), family members, and crisis management. Jessica was a Senior Producer for three years a media company where she personally interviewed thought leaders in the field including Dr. Dan Siegel (Mindsight Institute), Dr. Shefali Tsbary (Conscious Parenting), and Dr. Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing); as well as Geena Davis (Institute on Gender in Media).
Jessica was a weekly writer for Mothering Magazine as well as a member of their Ask An Expert panel for three years. She has co-led communication workshops with Sheryl Finn (The Conscious Bride) and Hala Khouri (Peace From Anxiety). Jessica also spent years as a coach to new mothers in the entertainment industry.
Jessica comes from a patrilineage of multigenerational business and a matrilineage steeped in the entertainment industry. She is a 4th generation Californian married to a New Yorker with an understanding of the nuances of both coasts. She has raised children through the college years and intimately understands the complexities of family life.
